The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm

We had a great stay at this historic inn. The portraits of the original owners hung in the lobby, and you can read a little bit about who they were, which was a nice touch. The staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions; they were even able to get us a reservation at the restaurant on the night we checked in! Our room was clean and comfortable; the furnishings were more modern than we expected, but we very much appreciated the USB plug-ins on the bed and the dimming light switches. The breakfast buffet was also excellent--plenty of food and a good variety. I wish we had stayed another night!

This was not my first stay at Quechee Inn, which tells readers something already. As expected, the Inn was rustic, but fully warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, and our scheduled dinner terrific. The value is considerable, and with relatives in the extended neighborhood, I will certainly come again.

The breakfast was very good. There were TWO personable employees at the Inn. ONE was the young man who checked me in on SUNDAY EVENING JULY 28. The second person was the young lady who was in charge of the breakfast buffet for JULY 29, 30, AND AUGUST 2ND.

The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm was so lovely! I took my mum away for a birthday surprise and she absolutely loved it. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere in the common area/restaurant was so cozy. The food was also SO good. Highly recommend the butternut squash ravioli...could eat that everyday. It was also a good value to have breakfast included.

We had the perfect Vermont experience! The quintessential New England charm fills every space. Kitchen and wait staff were fantastic. The location is near everything one looks for in a Vermont vacation.
